EPS details Christmas calls in the community

The Estevan Police Service gave a short update on a pair of calls they received over Christmas.

That began with a report of uttering threats where an individual had called a help/crisis line and made threats towards their support worker.  The matter is still under investigation.

Later on in the day police attended to a Westview area residence to mediate a dispute over how to properly restrain a child in a motor vehicle before operating it. 

At the scene, police found that the booster seat that was being used was adequate.  Both parties were updated as to the requirements under the traffic rules.
