This week, the Red Deer Polytechnic (RDP) Basketball, Hockey and Volleyball teams will be back in action. The RDP Volleyball teams will host the Lethbridge Polytechnic Kodiaks twice. The Kings and Queens Hockey teams will play the SAIT Trojans. Both basketball squads will take on the Kodiaks in Lethbridge.

The first place Red Deer Polytechnic Queens Volleyball team (7-2) will host the fifth seed Lethbridge Polytechnic Kodiaks (2-7). The Queens have averaged 10.94 kills per set.

The Queens will play the Kodiaks in an afternoon contest.
Kings vs Kodiaks | Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre | Friday, January 10 | 8 pm
The undefeated Red Deer Polytechnic Kings Volleyball team (9-0) will take on the second place Lethbridge Polytechnic Kodiaks (8-1). The RDP Kings have averaged 1.76 service aces per set.

The RDP Kings Volleyball team will host the Kodiaks in the Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre.
Hockey Queens vs Trojans | Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre | Friday, January 10 | 7 pm
The third place RDP Queens Hockey team (8W-4L-1 OTL) will face-off against the fifth place SAIT Trojans (2W-8L-2 OTL). The Queens have the best penalty kill in the league (90.9%).
Kings at Trojans | Winsport | Friday, January 10 | 6 pm
The third seed Red Deer Polytechnic Kings Hockey team (7W-4L-1 OTL) will play the first place SAIT Trojans (10W-1L-1 OTL) in Calgary. Nolan Doell, a third-year Kings forward, leads the league with nine goals.
RDP Kings vs SAIT | Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre | Saturday, January 11 | 7 pm
The Kings will wrap up their two-game series against the Trojans at home.
Basketball RDP Queens at Lethbridge Polytechnic | Friday, January 10 | 6 pm
The second place Red Deer Polytechnic Queens Basketball team (7-2) will compete against the Kodiaks (5- 4) at Lethbridge Polytechnic. The Kodiaks rank fifth in the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) Women’s Basketball South Division.
Queens at Kodiaks | Saturday, January 11 | 1 pm
The Queens will tip-off against the Kodiaks, completing their weekend series. Rachel Harvey, an RDP Open Studies student from Brooks, has the fourth highest field goal percentage (54.8) in the league.
RDP Kings at Lethbridge Polytechnic | Friday, January 10 | 8 pm
The Red Deer Polytechnic Kings Basketball team (5-4) will battle against the Lethbridge Polytechnic Kodiaks (5-4) on the road. The Kings and Kodiaks are tied for third in the South Division.
Kings at Kodiaks | Saturday, January 11 | 3 pm
The Red Deer Polytechnic Kings will challenge the Kodiaks. Jose Mauro (Business Certificate), a six-foot seven Kings forward, has averaged 12.9 rebounds per game, ranking second in the league.
