Laura Lawrence to speak about cyber safety and online harm in Bruno on Weds. Jan. 15

An informative discussion about cyber safety and online harm will be held in Bruno this week. 

Laura Lawrence, a speaker dedicated to youth mental health and wellness will bring her presentation to the Bruno School on Wednesday, January 15, at 6:30.  

The event is sponsored by the Bruno School Community Council.  

Lawrence, who founded Youth Matter Canada has visited the region on multiple occasions over the past few months in Humboldt and Lake Lenore. 

Her presentation will highlight the impact of digital spaces, social media and gaming on the mental health of youth.   

She will also discuss how to set healthy boundaries for mental health, focus, sleep and healthy relationships for youth. 

This presentation is open to anyone that is interested in attending.
