Speed limit reduced on Highway 2 near Red Deer

Speeds will be reduced on Highway 2 southbound near Red Deer on Tuesday due to high-tension cable barrier repairs.

The work is being done near the Highway 2A overpass.

The reduced speed limit is 80 km/h.

Construction is expected to wrap up around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.

Drivers are asked to approach with caution.
