During court proceedings on January 14, Matthew Rumohr was found guilty of multiple firearm-related charges. Rumohr was convicted on
- two counts, careless use of a firearm, Section 86(1), Criminal Code;
- one count, unauthorized possession of a firearm, Section 91(1), Criminal Code.
In addition to these charges, Rumohr had previously been found guilty of operating a vehicle while impaired. All charges, including the firearm-related convictions, have been adjourned for sentencing, which is scheduled for March 11, 2025.
Other notable adjournments include three cases pushed to January 21, two cases adjourned until January 28, and the Finley case, which is set to return to court on February 25, 2025.
