The forecast today will see a mix of sun and cloud this morning with wind up to 15 km/h. The high is minus 11. Wind chill minus 40 this morning and minus 16 this afternoon. Frostbite can occur in minutes.
Temperatures will be considerably warmer on Tuesday with an expected high of around minus 3.
