RCMP say the collision involved two vehicles with one vehicle rear-ending the other.
There were no injuries.
One vehicle was towed.
One of the drivers was charged under the Traffic Safety Act for driving with a Class 7 learner's license without a supervisor.

The scene was cleared around 8:45 a.m. Traffic is back to normal.

Emergency crews were on the scene of a motor vehicle collision on Highway 11 eastbound near Range Road 11.
Motorists experienced traffic delays in the area.
The incident occurred around 6:56 a.m.
511 Alberta is reporting blowing snow in the area with some roads partly snow covered.
