Big Six Playoffs rolling through the southeast as one series ends and another heats up

Last night saw the Big Six Hockey League take to the ice and settle one series while another heats up.

The Carlyle Cougars took out the Midale Mustangs with a 9-0 win, sealing that series for the Cougars 3-0.

Meanwhile, the Oxbow Huskies and the Carnduff Red Devils faced off for their second game with the Huskies winning 2-0 and establishing a 2-0 series lead.

The Huskies and Red Devils will be on the ice again Thursday in Carnduff for a potential end to the series.
