Collision closes Highway 75 near Ste. Agathe

A collision early Tuesday evening involving an unknown number of vehicles has closed Highway 75 in the Ste. Agathe area. The incident occurred some time between 6pm and 7pm.

According to Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure's road conditions map, the collision occurred on the southbound lanes, near the junction of PR 305.

The site also indicated the closure was in part to allow STARS Air Ambulance to land. Eyewitnesses say STARS did land near the Flying J Truck Stop on the west side of Highway 75.

Based on submitted photos firefighters, RCMP and other emergency services responded to the scene.
