Hockey Saskatchewan has announced the top 34 players in the Sask First U15 program to determine the players that will represent the province in the 2025 WHL Cup.

The announcement comes following the Top 80 camp that was held in Balgonie last weekend.

Two local players have made the list, defenceman Kohen Ruedig of Humboldt and Kash Elke of Lanigan.

This season with the U15 AA Humboldt Broncos, Reudig has 31 points (16-15A) in 25 games while Elke has 50 points (27G-23A) in 25 games

Both players will now be invited to the Summer and Fall camps that will be held in Regina and Wilcox.

Following the summer and fall camps, Hockey Saskatchewan will announce the players who will play for Team Saskatchewan this fall.

The WHL Cup is from October 20-27, in Red Deer.
