It was an award-winning weekend for RDP King's and Queen's Volleyball. In Lloydminster, The RDP King's Volleyball team earned its 21st ACAC gold medal in program history.
The Queen's Volleyball team would pick up a bronze medal at the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) Women’s Volleyball Championship in Camrose
In addition to the Kings and Queens Volleyball squads earning ACAC medals, both RDP Hockey teams completed regular season competition with back-to-back victories.
The Red Deer Polytechnic Kings Futsal squad qualified for the ACAC Championship. The Queens Futsal team missed the postseason.
This week, the Red Deer Polytechnic Kings and Queens Curling teams will compete at the 2025 Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA)/Curling Canada College Championships.
The RDP Kings and Queens Hockey teams will begin the first round of the playoffs.
The Queens Basketball squad will vie for a medal at the ACAC Women’s Basketball Championship in Edmonton.
The Indoor Track team will participate in Running Room Grand Prix #3.
The Red Deer Polytechnic Dance team will compete in Calgary.
