The Lacombe Kinsmen are kicking off the end of the Winter season with a Spring Fling fundraising event.
Spring Fling is happening on Friday, April 4th at the Lacombe Memorial Centre (LMC). Derek Flinn, the Chairperson for the event, says its going to be a lot of fun.
"We've got one epic band that's coming in to do two different sets. First as the Whiskey Boys, a rock and party band to get everyone going. Then, after a break, they come back as Rubix Cubed, which is your ultimate 80s tribute band. I can guarantee that everyone will be singing along and up dancing all night."
Along with the entertainment, something else different will be the food for the evening. Instead of your usual buffet or served meal, there will be a full-service poutine bar.
There will also be a late lunch and raffle prizes throughout the evening.
Tickets are $60 each or $440 for a table of 8.
Doors open at 7 pm for this 18+ event.
