The Olds RCMP was dispatched to a complaint of suspicious people in a vehicle near the Dodge Dealership just outside of Olds on March 1.
RCMP located the vehicle, which had been stolen out of Blackfalds.
The three occupants were taken into custody.
Other stolen items were also located inside of the vehicle.
Angie Jury, a 35-year-old resident of Red Deer, was charged with taking a motor vehicle without consent.
Jury will attend the Alberta Court of Justice in Didsbury on March 24.
Matthew Pennington, a 24-year-old Lacombe resident has been charged with the following:
- Theft of motor vehicle
- Possession of stolen property over $5000 (x2)
- Failure to comply with release order (x4)
Austin Pollock, a 26-year-old resident of Blackfalds, was charged with the following:
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000
- Possession of a weapon while prohibited
- Taking motor vehicle without consent
- Failure to comply with release order
Pennington and Pollock were both remanded into custody to attend Alberta Court of Justice in Didsbury on March 24.
