The Blackfalds Bulldogs have announced that 2007-born forward, Harout Arutyunyan, has committed to the team for the 2025-2026 BCHL season.
The Glendale, California product played for the Anaheim Jr. Ducks 18U AAA team this season, scoring 24 goals and 45 points in 39 games.
Bulldogs’ Director of Player Personnel, Al Parada noted, “Harout is a big, strong-skating power forward who has the skill set to step into the BCHL next season and be an impact player.
He has led his team in Anaheim to a National Championship berth at this year’s tournament coming up in the beginning of April and we are extremely excited to get a player of his calibre coming in next year.”
The Bulldogs (13-35-2-0-0) play their final two home games of the season this weekend against Langley on Friday and West Kelowna on Saturday.
Blackfalds has won five straight games.
