Construction on the Sunbreaker Cove Boat Launch officially began this week.
The newly upgraded launch will remain in the existing location but will feature significant improvements, including:
- increased width
- longer ramp length
- new dock and gangway system
This upgrade will utilize prefabricated cable concrete panels for increased durability and reliability, along with a steeper grade to facilitate easier and safer boat launching, ultimately enhancing overall functionality and user experience.
Construction is anticipated to take approximately three to four weeks, ensuring the launch will be fully operational in time for boating season.
