Scotland is keeping pace with the front of the pack at the BKT World Men’s Curling Championship at the Temple Gardens Centre.
The Scots picked up a 9-7 win over Italy in the afternoon draw to move to 5-1.
Scotland was actually trailing Italy 6-5 after eight ends. However, the scored a four-ended in the ninth and held Italy to one in the 10th.
Elsewhere on the ice, Norway’s comeback fell short as they lost 8-6 to China. The Chinese also move to 5-1.
Sweden rebounded from a morning loss to Canada for a 6-4 win over Switzerland and Germany cruised to a 11-2 win over Korea.
Canada is back on the ice at 7 pm tonight as they take on the Italians.
