Preparations for next season have already begun for the Humboldt Broncos.
On Wednesday, the Broncos announced the commitment of 2007-born forward Avery Lowe for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
A product of Delta BC, Lowe recently completed his second season with the Valley West Giants U18 AAA program where he collected 56 points (30G-26A) in 36 games.
In a team release, Broncos Head Coach and GM Brayden Klimosko said, ““Avery plays at a high pace, constantly diving the play with his skating ability and high hockey IQ. He’s never really had a down year offensively, always been able to contribute and we believe that will continue at the Jr. A level as well. He’s a driven kid and we’re really excited to add Avery to the Broncos next season.”
Lowe led Valley West in points and finished sixth overall in British Columbia U18 AAA hockey.
During the 2023-24 season with Valley West, Lowe had 38 points (12G-26A) in 35 games.
