Residents in the Glenbow community will soon experience short-term pain for long-term gain with the launch of a major infrastructure project.

That’s what makes the follow-up information session on the Glenpatrick Drive project—set for Wednesday, April 16—particularly important to attend.

The session will run from 6 to 8 p.m. in the gymnasium of Glenbow School, 55 Glenpatrick Rd.

This meeting is a follow-up to the initial session held in mid-February and will provide additional project details, including phasing and responses to key questions raised earlier.

The $15-million, two-year project will replace critical infrastructure along the Glenpatrick Drive corridor, from 5th Avenue to Glenhill Drive.

At the session, the town will provide updates on:

  • Project schedule: timeline of key milestones and next steps;

  • Phasing: how the work will be staged throughout the project; and

  • Community feedback: responses to concerns and questions.

Those unable to attend can find updates on the town’s website or request them by email. Inquiries can also be sent to glenpatrickdrive@cochrane.ca.
