At around 8 pm, Friday, April 11th, Red Deer Fire Department responded to a grass fire just north of the city.
The fire, which happened just off highway 2a, had spread into an adjoining field.
Crews were able to extinguish the blaze.
There were no reports of damage or a cause of the fire.
