Former Swift Current Broncos Captain Adam Lowry is the Winnipeg Jets' nominee for the 2024-25 King Clancy Memorial Trophy.
The award is presented “to the player who best exemplifies leadership qualities on and off the ice and has made a noteworthy humanitarian contribution in his community.”
Teams chose their own representative, while the winner is chosen by a selection committee consisting of NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman, former winners of the King Clancy Memorial Trophy and the historic NHL Foundation Player Award.
Lowry is in his second season as captain of the Jets.
He has played 11 seasons and 774 games with Winnipeg.
The former Four Broncos Memorial Trophy winner spent four seasons and played 224 games for the Broncos in the WHL.
