Our Mother's Day promotion "This is my MOM" is coming to an end. The winner is being announced today ahead of Mother's Day on Sunday, and we have had some great entries from listeners all around the region.

Ok well my mom Wanda has been fighting with fibromyalgia for the last 30 years of her life, being in pain every day of her life has been a inspiration for me to push threw the hard times knowing my hard times will never be as hard and what she had to deal with every day of her life shes the best mom in the world

My mom is truly the best mom you could ever have. She has four kids and shares love to all of them and her husband. She is able to balance all if our extracurricular activities (which is practically impossible). She raised us with good manners and strong beliefs. While balancing our house she also keeps a five star rated air b&b amazingly kept. (Nightingale Barn) She tries her very hardest to keep everything fair for us. What i love about my mom the most is that she is so hardworking all the time.

My mom Tina Armstrong, she moved out here to be with me and her grandbabies while figuring out her life after being diagnosed with epilepsy and has made so much progress towards her health and being a good grandma. Love ya mom

Not my Mom but my daughter whom is also a Mom to 2 lil girls. She lives on a small farm with me and her 2 daughters. She is also going to university to become a veterinarian. She cares as well for me as I have many health problems. She cooks just about everything from scratch including our bread. She also has chickens and is hoping to add more animals this year. She is putting in a huge garden so we can, can everything we need this year. She also is homeschooling her daughters. She is stubborn as a bull, and very intelligent. How she does all this and remains up right amazes me daily. A true testament to an independent woman, and an amazing Mom!

I want to enter her into the Mother's Day contest. Her birthday is today and she is great because she always helps we with everything I do and even when I don't feel comfortable in a situation she assures me I will be ok and helps me power through she is a great mom and I wouldn't want anybody else to be her.
