Lumseden RCMP are at the scene of another train derailment near Craven that is affecting traffic on Highway 20.
A train derailed on Sunday along Highway 20 west of Craven that closed the highway. The RCMP sent out a media advisory on Monday afternoon saying a new derailment event has taken place in the same area.
Police say Highway 20 is blocked in both directions as a result of the derailment and detours are in place. The RCMP say no dangerous good were spilled and no injuries have been reported. The clean up is expected to take several hours.
Motorists in the area are asked to slow down and obey all directions from first responders at the scene and check the Highway Hotline for updates in regards to the road blockage.
