A man facing charges after a fatal rollover on Main Street North last November had his case adjourned in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Wednesday.
Cronan was present in the courtroom with his lawyer, Merv Nidesh. Nidesh requested an adjournment to June 18, with no objections from Crown prosecutor Rob Parker. The request was granted by Judge Brian Hendrickson.
Cronan was arrested after a vehicle hit a median and rolled over on the 1300 block of Main Street North on Nov. 8, resulting in the death of a 31-year-old man.
According to police, a caller reported a Honda Civic driving erratically and chasing the caller. Officers located the vehicle on Main Street North, and a high-speed chase ensued before the vehicle rolled over.
Cronan is facing charges including flight from police, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death, and impaired driving causing death.
He had previously been released from remand on conditions.
