  • 44 kg of aerosol materials (toxic and/or flammable items),
  • 44 kg of pesticides and,

City of Moose Jaw contracted GFL Environmental to collect and sort the hazardous waste, GFL also provided contact information to arrange for the safe disposal of items not accepted during HHW Collection Day, including shotgun shells, hydrogen sulfide, and film developing liquid.

The second HHW of 2025 will take place September 6. The City reminds residents that items like used oil, oil filters, and antifreeze can be disposed of year-round at the landfill, while paint and electronics can be recycled through SARCAN.
