United takes gold at Harder Avalon Classic

A gold medal for the Swift Current U13 United Girls soccer club at the 27th Annual Harder Avalon Classic in Saskatoon.

They beat Saskatoon Aletico 1-0, Moose Jaw Excelsior 1-0, and the Regina FC Royals by forfeit.

United went undefeated, including a 2-1 win over the host Aurora Ice in the gold medal match.

Beth Mohagen scored the winning goal. 

United teams head to Yorkton for club day on June 7th and 8th.
