The City of Red Deer has awarded 26 new taxi licence plates for use throughout the city.
Applicants were required to complete multiple forms and pay a drawing fee to enter the plate draw.
The successful recipients are:

94 Cabs Red Deer – 4 plates

Alberta Gold Taxi Ltd. – 2 plates

Associated Cab – 2 plates

Red Deer City Taxi – 4 plates

Jennifer Hoffe O/A TBD – 1 plate

2229020 AB Inc. – 3 plates
-
AAA Cabs Red Deer – 3 plates
-
SBS Brokerage – 2 plates
-
Karim Abbas – 1 plate
-
Salim – 4 plates
Each recipient will be contacted by the city to confirm next steps.
Plates included in this draw must be operational by Sept. 4, 2025.
If any of the issued plates are returned, a second draw will be held within seven months of the original draw date to re-issue any remaining licences.
