Mixed results for U15 United teams at Sask Cup

The Swift Current U15 Girls United won the Sask Cup 11-a-side tournament over the weekend.

The beat Brighton 5-0, lost 1-0 to Eastside Man City, once again beat Brighton 5-0, and finished the event with a 3-0 win in the re-match over Eastside Man City.

Kira Gatzke led the way for Swift Current with four goals at the event, while Mya Dowdeswell scored three times, Piper Artnsen and Hailey Langager scored twice.

Meanwhile, in U15 Boys the Swift Current United squad lost all three of their games at the Sask Cup.

They fell 3-0 to FCR Legion, 3-0 to Lakewood Leipzig, and 1-0 to BUFC Leger.
