It's Country Night at Mitchell Field tonight.
Country 94.1 FM is teaming with the Swift Current 57's for Country Night as the Moose Jaw Miller Express come to town tonight.
57's first baseman Gus Koehn says that suits him just fine.
"Being from Texas that's a lot of what we listen to," he said. "I love it."
Koehn is still optimistic they can get their WCBL season turned around.
"I think it's still fair to say it's early," Koehn said. "We're just starting to get the ball rolling. We just go all the guys from the team here in Swift Current. I think we're really looking to get some wins in July."
The 57's came close to a comeback yesterday as they fell behind 13-2 before closing the gap to 13-12 against Medicine Hat.
Tonight's game is their 5th against Moose Jaw in the last 7 days.
We will be doing a draw for a chance to win a cooler.
There will also be some fun country-themed activities happening throughout the game.
First pitch is 7:05 PM at Mitchell Field.
