Lake Louise RCMP have confirmed the identity of the second person killed in last week’s rockslide on the Bow Falls Trail in Banff National Park.
The victim was a 33-year-old man from Surrey, B.C.
RCMP previously reported that 70-year-old Jutta Hinrichs of Calgary was also killed in the incident, which occurred Thursday.
Three other hikers were injured and airlifted to hospital. They have since been listed in stable condition.

RCMP have extended their condolences to the families and say no further updates will be provided.
