The Humboldt Broncos will be a part of history during the opening weekend of the upcoming Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) regular season.
On Monday, the SJHL announced the home openers for all 12 teams.
The Broncos will head to Warman, on Friday, September 19 to meet the Wolverines. The game will be the first regular season game for the Wolverines after they relocated to Warman from Notre Dame.
Along with facing the Wolverines in their first home game, the Broncos will entertain Warman the following night for their first road game in franchise.
The two teams will square off on Saturday, September 20, which will serve as the Broncos home opener. Opening faceoff will be at 7:30.
The entire 2025-26 SJHL schedule will be released on Wednesday morning.
