RCMP in the Macklin area handled a small but varied caseload between June 17 and 23, according to the latest detachment report.
Officers responded to a report of a break and enter at a residence in Primate, though the complaint was determined to be unfounded following investigation. Similarly, an assault complaint received during the week was also deemed baseless.
Police were called to check on a suspicious individual reported walking near a residence. However, by the time members arrived, the person was gone.
One matter remains under investigation after officers received a report of fraud. No further details were released.
In addition, RCMP responded to one false alarm during the reporting period.
