RCMP arrested a man as part of a check to ensure he was following court-ordered release order conditions at a residence in Oxbow earlier this week.
On June 25, Carnduff RCMP conducted a check of a male’s residence, as was permitted as part of his conditions.
During the search, officers located and seized approximately 26 grams of methamphetamine, 22 pharmaceutical-style pills, about 10 grams of a white powder sent for further testing, and trafficking paraphernalia.
RCMP arrested 61-year-old Timothy Irwin at the residence, charging him with:
- two counts, failure to comply with the release order condition
- one count, possession for the purpose of trafficking
He has been remanded into custody until his scheduled appearance in Estevan Provincial Court on Monday, June 30.
The investigation was also conducted with the help of the Estevan RCMP and the Estevan Police Service.
