It's a big day for the Swift Current Broncos.
They're holding a media conference at 1:00 PM from Elmwood Golf Club at introduce their new head coach.
Swift Current has been looking for a new bench boss since firing Taras McEwen on May 15th.
Broncos GM Chad Leslie recently updated Swift Current Online on the search.
"It's been a long process," Leslie said. "Lots of applicants. Gone through the interview process with a number of potential candidates. A good smattering of experienced, guys in the league, and guys with head coaching experience. I'm very pleased with the interest and have been taking our time with it just to make sure we're going in the right direction."
The media event at Elmwood's clubhouse is open to Elmwood golfers and Broncos season ticket holders.
