Moen invited to U17 development camp

Swift Current's Carter Moen has been invited to the Hockey Canada National Under-17 Team Development Camp.

It runs from July 19th to the 23rd in Oakville, with the top 2009-born players trying to make one of Canada's teams for the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge.

Moen, a Swift Current Broncos draft pick, had 17 goals and 30 assists in 38 games for the Swift Current Home Hardware Legionnaires in U18 AAA last season.

The son of former NHLer Travis Moen made his WHL debut during the Broncos' BC road swing.

The 2025 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge is set for October 31st to November 8th in Truro, Nova Scotia.
