Westerner Days has wrapped up for another year, and organizers made sure everyone had a chance to join in the fun especially the children and families staying at Ronald McDonald House.
The “Share the Fair” initiative returned this year, bringing a taste of the midway magic directly to children and families currently residing at the nonprofit facility.
This year’s visit included special guests from the RCMP Musical Ride, who stopped by with their horses, along with lively performances from Doo Doo the Clown and illusionist Aaron Mathews, creating smiles, laughter and moments of joy for families.
Located next to Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre, Ronald McDonald House provides accommodations and support to families with children receiving medical treatment for serious illnesses or injuries.
