RCMP in Cochrane renewed their appeal for public assistance as they continued to search for a missing woman and her young daughter on Wednesday evening.

As of Thursday morning, the pair were reported to be located safe in British Columbia.

Police believed the pair was travelling with an unknown male in a 2017 dark grey Chevrolet Silverado with Alberta licence plate CTK 2944. The vehicle was towing a 2006 white Arctic Fox trailer with B.C. plate WPW65H.
