More strong performances by local golfers as Chinook Golf Course hosted the Saskatchewan Senior Championships this week.
Swift Current's Kathy Hopfner was the top women's 60+ golfer, winning the Mal Balmos tournament.
She also finished second in the 50+ senior championship with a score of +30 over three rounds.
Denise Wilson of Elmwood Golf Course finished 4th in the Mal Balmos and 7th in the senior championship.
The overall winner was Kim Walker of the Wascana Golf Course.
Rod Grose of Elmwood Golf Course tied for 4th in the Senior Men's Championship.
Rick Hallberg won the tournament with an impressive -6 score.
Another Elmwood Golfer, Brent Wotypka, was 2nd place in the 65+ category.
Tor Hill's Ken Rogers beat Wotypka by only two strokes.
Ken Bradley of Hillcrest Golf Club win the 75+ tournament and Todd Turgeon from Spiritwood Golf Club won the mid-masters for men 40 to 54.
