Alberta Parks has issued a bear warning for six campgrounds in Peter Lougheed Provincial Park after multiple grizzly and black bear sightings.
The advisory, issued July 26, includes Canyon, Boulton Creek, Lower Lake, Lower Lake Group, Interlakes, and William Watson Lodge campgrounds.
It follows a June 16 incident where a black bear damaged an unoccupied tent containing food at Boulton Creek.
