Officers with the Kyle RCMP detachment responded to several calls for service over the past week, including collisions and a vehicle fire.

The detachment received a report of a deer-related collision on Highway 7 around 10:14 p.m. on July 27. No injuries were reported, and the incident was documented for insurance purposes.

On July 28, Kyle RCMP attended a well-being check in Rosetown. Details of the request were not disclosed.

Later in the week, officers were called to the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Highway 45 on July 30 at 5:12 p.m. No injuries were reported in that incident either.

The following day, members received an erratic driving complaint on Highway 7 near Rosetown. Despite patrols, the suspect vehicle could not be located.

Kyle RCMP also responded to a vehicle fire in the RM of Victory at approximately 1:25 p.m. on July 31. No injuries were reported.

RCMP remind the public that 35 traffic-related charges were issued across the region during the week, in addition to responding to two 911 misdials and three false alarms.
