Saskatoon RCMP investigating collision involving two semi-trailers near Viscount

Saskatoon RCMP are seeking information about a multi-vehicle collision that happened on Highway 16 near Viscount.  

The incident occurred on Thursday, July 31 at approximately 1:45 p.m.  

An investigation determined that semi-trailers were involved with one semi-trailer travelling eastbound, and the other semi-trailer was travelling westbound at the time of the collision. 

The driver of the eastbound semi reported non-life-threatening injuries to police. 

The driver of the westbound semi-trailer did not remain at the scene. Saskatoon RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the driver and semi-trailer. The semi-trailer will have sustained damage. 

Both drivers were lone occupants of their vehicles.
