The Village of Clive has completed Phase 1 of its multi-phase road program, aimed at improving aging infrastructure and resurfacing key municipal roads as the community continues to grow.

Phase 1 focused on several roadways both north and south of the railway tracks and marks the start of a long-term investment in Clive’s road system.

With the initial phase now complete, the Village is moving ahead with Phase 2, which will include resurfacing and repairs on the following road segments:

  • 48 Street (from 48 Avenue to Railway Avenue)

  • Railway Avenue (from 48 Street to Main Street)

  • 48 Street (from 50 Avenue south to Water House)

  • 50 Avenue (from Main Street to 49 Street)

  • 49 Street (from 50 Avenue to 51 Avenue)

Phases 3 and 4 are scheduled to follow, with more extensive work planned, including upgrades to surface, subsurface, and sewer infrastructure.

  • 49 Street (from 47 Avenue to Fox Drive)

Phase 4 will include:

  • 48 Street (from 52 Avenue to the Christian Fellowship Church)

  • 47 Avenue – Mayor Hill (from 48 Street to the municipal limits)
