The Moose Jaw area missed the majority of the rain that was forecasted yesterday.
While 10 to 20 mm of rain was forecasted, Environment and Climate Change Canada only recorded 6.7 mm on Tuesday. Assiniboia also saw very little rainfall with 4.3 mm.
Elbow saw significant rainfall with 20.3 mm, while Coronach got hit with 16.2 mm.
Farther east, Regina recorded 19.1 mm, while Yorkton received 30 mm and Wynyard led the province with 37.4 mm.
Some rain is forecasted for Moose Jaw this morning, but should taper off in the afternoon. However, we could see more rain and a thunderstorm tomorrow afternoon and the rain is expected to continue into Friday and Saturday.
