A 39-year-old man facing charges of sexual offences against minors will remain in jail, at least for now.
The man appeared in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Wednesday via CCTV from remand. There is a publication ban for any information that could identify victims. At this point, the man’s relationship with the victim(s) is unknown, so his name will not be published at this time.
He was represented by Legal Aid lawyer Suzanne Lalonde. She told the court that the appearance was supposed to be for a show cause hearing as they were exploring a release plan.
