Several cases were heard at Kindersley provincial court this week, resulting in guilty pleas, fines and adjournments.

Tanner Anderson pleaded guilty to impaired driving in connection with a February 2025 incident. RCMP found Anderson’s vehicle in a ditch off Highway 7 and recorded his blood-alcohol level at 0.150. He was fined $1,950 and handed a one-year driving prohibition.

In a separate matter, Linder entered a guilty plea to a charge of uttering threats to cause bodily harm involving two individuals. His sentencing has been adjourned until Sept. 9.

Christopher Barker pleaded guilty to driving without registration and was fined $290.

Meanwhile, Vladamir Rozin pleaded not guilty to charges of failure to comply with demand. His trial has been set for Dec. 16.

The court also adjourned several other matters, including three cases to Sept. 9 and five to Sept. 16.
