Tail Light Tuesday was a scorcher, but that fact didn't stop a huge host of automotive enthusiasts from piling into the car show.

Drivers came from all over, and once again offered new rides to see at the Living Sky Casino. The Rogue Cruisers were happy to have so many people come out on such a hot day and enjoy each other's passion for everyone petrol petrol-powered.

Rogue Cruisers co-founding member Dustin Vipond was happy to see that there is still fresh interest in the weekly car show, with a few people even bringing their cars that are for sale down to the venue.

"Whether it's guys upgrading or just moving stock, or whatever," said Vipond. "If you want an opportunity to get something to drive, get down here and take a look around."

SaskAbilities was back again as the non-profit partner of the month. Their tent saw around a dozen volunteers handing out cool refreshments and selling popcorn to raise money for their programming.

"This week they decided to play marcey for everyone by bringing down the water," said Vipond. That was a stellar move on their part, offering a little bit of relief."

Vipond was busy promoting the upcoming Crusin' the Market car show. Taking place this year on September 6, the Rogue cruisers are working with the City of Swift Current to bring the car show to life during Market Square.

"We're planning to be in Memorial Park and out on the street again this year," said Vipond. "I'm sure it's going to be yet another record turnout down there as long as the weather cooperates."
