Team Saskatchewan's Women's Baseball team suffered their first loss at the Canada Summer Games on Thursday.

Nova Scotia beat Saskatchewan 9-7.

Humboldt's Camden Suchan got the start for Saskatchewan,

She pitched 6 innings, allowed 4 earned runs on 11 hits and had 7 strikeouts. 

Suchan also had a hit and a walk at the plate.

Saskatchewan will now meet Ontario in the quarterfinals on Saturday morning.

In Women's Volleyball

Saskatchewan completed a perfect round robin beating Manitoba 3-2. (23-25, 25-18, 18-25, 25-23, 15-13).

They have advanced to the quarterfinals later today where they'll face with Nova Scotia or Newfoundland.

Lanigan's Reese Stroeder is a member of Team Saskatchewan.

Saskatchewan has 12 medals at the 2025 Canada Summer Games with 3 Gold 3 Silver and 6 Bronze.
