Strong start for Saskatchewan teams at National Baseball Championships

It was a good day on Thursday for the Saskatchewan teams at the National Baseball Championships in Regina.

Team Saskatchewan opened the day with a 4-3 win over Quebec.

Joel Bauml had two hits and an RBI, while Tom Hooker had a hit and an RBI

In the late game, the Regina Trappers beat Nova Scotia 7-1.

Cole Bauml had two hits and drove in two runs.

Today Saskatchewan takes on Ontario at 10:00 am and the Regina Trappers meet Manitoba at 7:00 pm
