Rosetown RCMP responded to multiple incidents last week, including fires, mischief complaints, and traffic concerns, according to a media release.
On September 9, members attended an apartment complex fire in Rosetown and later responded to a combine fire in the RM of Monet. A motor vehicle rollover near Harris resulted in minor injuries, but the driver was cleared by EMS.
Other calls included reports of a suspicious person in the RM of St. Andrews, a stolen license plate from a travel trailer, and a disturbing the peace complaint in Rosetown. RCMP also addressed traffic hazards on Highway 4 south of Rosetown and issued 40 traffic-related charges over the week.
A mischief complaint to a property in Rosetown remains under investigation. Police said there were no 911 misdials and four false alarm calls during the week.
“Members attended and spoke to all parties involved, and it was agreed that alternative measures would be taken,” the RCMP statement said regarding a harassment complaint on September 6.
