Cochrane gears up for annual Fall Food Drive

The Cochrane Food Bank Society is gearing up for its annual Fall Food Drive, set for next Saturday, September 20th, starting at 10 a.m.

Residents in several neighbourhoods,including Rivercrest, River Heights, The Willows, Riviera, Precedence, Riversong, Glen Eagles, East End, Glenbow, Riverview, Cochrane Heights, Sunterra, Sunset, and Greystone, are encouraged to leave non-perishable food donations on their doorsteps that morning.

Volunteers will handle collection throughout the day.

Organizers say every contribution, big or small, makes a difference, and they’re hoping this year’s effort will be the largest food drive yet.
