After four years of college hockey, Ty Enns is going pro. The former Portage Terriers' forward is joining the ECHL's Kansas City Mavericks for the 2023-24 campaign.
Enns spent his last four seasons in the NCAA Division 3 and was a part of the national championship-winning team this season.

The Cartwright product scored 93 points in 61 games during his two years at Adrian College. Enns played three games in the ECHL this season for the Toledo Walleye and dished out one assist.
In the 2016-17 season, Enns was traded to Portage and helped the Dogs capture a Turnbull Cup. He finished third on the team in scoring during the regular season with 57 points. Enns added four goals and six assists in the playoffs.
The following year, Enns tried his luck in the North American Hockey League, but came back to Portage for their final 27 games and notched 31 points.

Enns put up over a point-per-game in three of his four years at the collegiate level and did the same thing in three of his four years at the Junior A level. He hopes to bring his scoring prowess to Kansas City next season.
